Lagos Life not loading?

If the game will not load, it is usually a stale cache, an in-app browser or heavy server load — not a blocked account.

Try this, in order

Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+F5, or pull to refresh on mobile).
Leave the in-app browser: open the link in Safari or Chrome, not inside Instagram, TikTok or Facebook.
Turn off any VPN or proxy.
Update your browser, or update iOS (the game needs iOS 16.4 or newer).
Try again off-peak if the shared world is busy.

See the full fixes page for every message the game shows.

Why is Lagos Life not loading?

Does Lagos Life need a download to load?

No; if a page asks you to download, it is not the real game.
