Shalom Rayhamen, the Lagos Life developer

Lagos Life is credited to Shalom Rayhamen. The idea is described as growing out of childhood familiarity with games like The Sims and a local appetite for city-themed browser games.

What we know

• A single named creator is credited on the game’s public pages.
• The project launched as a browser title, not a store release.
• It expanded quickly, with more city content promised.

Why the authorship matters

A small, clearly-attributed creator is part of the game’s story and its appeal. It also means details can evolve quickly as the project grows.
